The selection process is based on the agent profiles specified by our clients. Whenever our customers require it, they participate in the final recruitment phase, approving the recommended candidates.

Telmark has a training department responsible for the initial and subsequent training of agents in their respective areas. Telmark has training facilities equipped with computers, telephones, and other resources to simulate our client’s working environment.
